Brian Lewis, our South Carolina counterpart, brings wines from around the world into American homes. He works on all sides of wine — making, selling, branding and pouring. He’s done it all. An expert in his trade, he was there when the first critter wines landed stateside, and when fresh Beaujolais Nouveau enthralled New Yorkers.

Dylan has been in the wine game for a long, long time. Owning a popular Sydney pub at just 21 years old was just the beginning. Alpha Box & Dice’s playful and experimental wines lured him back to South Australia in 2013, and by 2015 he had taken full ownership. He’s the Wine Creative Director, a tricky title in a world of winemakers and vignerons. He drives the direction, brand and whole experience of the wine. But he lives and breathes and loves wine like a maker.

Barossa born and bred, Justin was brainwashed by Shiraz at an early age and he hasn’t stopped the hustle since. Always on the move to find the next big thing, he saw the rise of Sauvignon Blanc in Marlborough and quenched a growing thirst for Australian wine in Hong Kong. When his brother Dylan took over Alpha Box & Dice, he became export director in 2016, spending 300 days a year spreading their Alphabet of Wine across the world.

Graphic designer, art director, photographer and a leader in international fashion marketing, Kirby accumulated a formidable resumé before finding herself in the wine industry. She and Dylan got married in 2019, and she soon started working for Alpha Box & Dice as the Creative Director — while wine design is niche, expressing the wine's personality through the art on the bottle is a cornerstone of their winery.
